Pictures from St. Andrews

Aug 2020 - May 2021

These are the pictures from my first year at the University of St. Andrews. Some of my favourite spots were St. Salvator's Quad, the ruins of the Castle, the ruins of the Cathedral and North Street. The pandemic made it a very tough year, but luckily nobody could take away the ability to roam the town. The town has a special aura that inspires academic excellence. There are good reasons why this has been described as the most 'Dark Academia' University today. The town features old ruins, many libraries, and the great Scottish Baronial/Gothic architecture. These pictures were taken with my phone, so the quality is not the best. I will try to get a proper camera for the next academic year.
